These Terms do not govern the purchase of, access to, or use of the Platforms. The use of our Platforms is subject to a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or other written commercial agreement executed between Larridin and its customers.

Indemnification

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware. You and Larridin agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
General Provisions
Modifications: We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Larridin regarding the Website and supersede all prior understandings and agreements.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
